They should adopt the CFL rule, where teams have the option of recieving a kickoff or taking the ball at like the 35 yd line but only after a field goal not touchdowns.

Honestly wouldn't be that surprised if the NFL rids any contact of the quarterback what so ever within the next 10 years.

There are currently 1,186 ex-players currently involved in law suits suing the league over concussion or head trauma related injuries. There are some very recognizable names on these law suits too. There is compelling evidence showing the NFL knew the dangers of concussions to the brain & did very little about it until now.
It's interesting to see Don Beebe's name below because I remember the hut he took from Rod Woodson in his Steeler days. He got knocked out in mid air. I knew the moment I saw it he was out like a light. I don't see Mark Rypien's name below or Jim MaMahon's. I know they're both suing the league too.
It will be sad to see kick offs be eliminated. I wonder how soon it will happen. Here are about 184 names (out of the 1,186);
