That California looks like somewhere in Newport Beach. I'm 100% sure I'm 95% correct about it being Newport Coast cause I was looking up homes there. That 140 mill is too ostentatious though.

I would remodel that kitchen by having dark wood with white quartz countertops and backsplash.
