I believe it’s the finish on that piece. It’s like a light glitter finish/ or iridescent finish. I’m sure it’s not speckled.

Orange pair just touched down. Wooo, these nice. Can see myself copping other colorways if it performs well. Lighter than expected and it's a much lower cut than the original leaks made it look - very Kobe-esque look to it. I can see the Giannis line succeeding the Kobe line if they keep the same lowcut look. I will say the shoe feels pretty high off the ground in the forefoot during my initial wear.

Fed ex may have lost my pair....... had em delivered to my parents house since I don’t want boxes sitting at my apartment while I’m at work. Delivery man said he couldn’t find it on his truck.
