NIke 1/2 cent Firm price ?????????

I found the nike 1/2 cent for $190 in black compared to osneaker .Its a $50 difference from lacelocked.com.BUt Im dont know I never ordered anything from hereso Im not sure if there real or not?????And is it a firm price ?????
