Nike AF 1's '82 edition fake check

New here, but today my parents got be some AF 1's '82 edition, and I'm kind of skeptical if they are real or not. They have a slight indent on the left corner of the toe, and the emblem that is usually silver, is black (shoes are black) and says AF-1 '82. The shoe box is looking real, btw the shoes came with a silver tag that says AF-1 '82. I just want to know if their real or fake. Thanks.
