Nice. Police escort and all

I agree, i mean these are line the Air Mags but they are more than Yeezy's right now....personally if I was going to drop 2-5k on a pair of sneakers I would go Air Mag just because there is NO WAY NIKE will retro them.

It's not really apples to oranges, because majority of people buying iphones on release day are buying them to flip just like people who buy sneakers on release day. Apple always has a shortage that last a couple weeks which drives the price up but there are no roits (atleast in NA).

Nerd IQ> Sneakerhead IQ

Still isn't the same homie. If someone wants an iphone, they can get it no problem a year later for retail or cheaper. Now, if you even somewhat like a shoe, your forced to get it on release just to avoid having to pay resell prices later.
Dude, its the sense of urgency to get these like any other product..no one wants to wait...every one is built to want to be first to have something. The only thing is different is that Apple or any other electronic brand will restock later and the consumer will have a chance to buy. Sneaker game is f*%& because you have greedy people buying more than they can wear in order to exploit people who want them as well. I understand one to rock and one to stock but people with 3+, that's just pure greed....

Heard a number like 750... but that will be much lower because of where the releases were shut down now!

The amount of free advertisement they received is priceless. They didn't release these to cater to us, they did it to reach out to more people and more importantly first time buyers. We're going to buy their stuff regardless, but the stay at home mom that was reading the news paper and saw the multiple page spread and then decided to checkout NDC and saw the the running advertisement and then went ahead and clicked it and saw the LG3s and decided to purchase them, that's who this shoe was intended for. We're already factored into their bottom line, she wasn't. Adding her > pleasing us.
^^^ He gets it!! Free advertisements nationwide...now new curious consumers.

I doubt they will have autolacing MAGs...maybe if they did it 2015 "like the movie" but i cant see NIKE doing a GR and 1 up everyone who bought these for charity. I think if the autolacing was gonna happen they would have done it with this release of the MAGS. They might do a GR but they will be a step down from ones now.

I know the saying is there is no such thing as bad publicity, but I've never bought that. Nike has had much worse press in the past though, this will put "shoe heads" in a worse light than Nike itself

This sh!# cray. Police gotta escort people to thier cars, damn near swat teams at the malls for some shoes that don't even look that good. Then the crazy resell prices.

After a day of having them..I really love these kicks. Definitely worth the wait. But if someone's offering me 2500+...I'd probably be stupid to pass up. Definitely not selling for under 1500, rather keep and rock 'em.

My girl and I were talking about the madness last night and this is exactly how I told her each release should happen.  She told me I was nuts and it would never work.

i just cant see future prices staying high like this. i mean yeezys ok they were made of great quality materials but these are just foams with galaxy print

Just saw a pair on eBay for $14,999 and I just know that somebody is bidding this guy up lol he should just relist the item
People are really hurt over these

Meh once the hype dies down and people release this is actually an ugly sneaker prices will fall faster than Carlos boozers black ice hair under water....
