I bought the triple black plus about a month ago..the toe cap already separating from the upper. So pissed. These new plus' dont feel the same as my hyper blues

I just saw them at Footlocker in Odessa, TX yesterday. They should be popping up.

Nike switched the production of the TN1's from Vietnam to Indonesia in early 2016 when they did the 'Denim/Breathe' pair.
The shoe changed, it's shape, comfort, material choice and quality was all different and lessened.
That's why a lot of us don't like the new Indonesian made 1's, they're not the same at all to the Vietnam ones, you're right.
Even the Vietnams were a change when Chinese made series 1 midsole TN's were phased out and series 2 Viet midsoles came in.
I hope Nike switches back to the old shoe shape and quality. Until then, unless it's a colourway I *really* like, I'm not buying new TN1's..

wow thnks for the info..i knew something was fishy..the thing that sucks is..i bought a size 10..i tried it on at home..then i went back to exchange for a 10.5..the employee got the 10.5 for my out of the back and said i could just leave with it because he was busy with other customers....but i said i needed a receipt..i had to go to work so i said screw it..and now the shoe is becoming unglued..i don't think i can get a refund or anything..the hyper blues were so much softer on the midsole..these new TNs are hard as ever..you can even see the toe box forming lines where the toe cap will become unglued right before it happens..$150 down the drain

u can see the line on the toe box when you step down..thats right where mine decided to separate..now some older tns do this..but not to this degree..awful

Worst part is i doubt that it will be fixed as people keep buying the TN's as they are :/
