Nah the small sizes never sold out on NDC. The restock was only at Flight23 as far as we know.

I went to my only footaction and the pair they brought out had some creasing and the bottoms looked quite worn so I asked for a fresh pair and the pair they brought out had what looked to be an ink stain on the laces so I didn't pick them up.
