Is smooth synthetic considered patent leather?

@ $125, that pretty much means no buy. ive been waiting for this day for years to hand create a colorway of my liking but no zoom air and a not for gymmentality has this shoe looking less superior than dozens of running shoes.. theres no bang for your buck here..

i just cant bring myself to make the soles white even if it would look better. I cant stand when the sole AND the bottoms of my kicks are white.

I dont see why Nike cant make more color and material options. I'd pay extra to have more.

Don't know where you got that idea.

Patent leather is the extremely glossy and shiny leather you'd see on tuxedo shoes or designer shoes or bags (Ex: Prada, Gucci).

Synthetic leather is what you would find most often on your athletic shoes like Air Force 1s, Stan Smiths, and Jordans. Synthetic feels rougher than patent.
