Yeah, somehow a spot of yellow made its way pretty high up the sole in thr casting process. Happens a lot on 2 tone clear/solid soles like 5s and 6s, but usually a lot closer to where the 2 rubbers meet.

However seeing everyone still waiting for their refund is why I'm chiming. I too been waiting on my refund since last Thursday. I called today and the phone went straight to voicemail.
