Nike Air VaporMax

Reason I think it's going to be a rough release is because people I know who work at sneaker stores have said people have been constantly asking about them (TBs) since the Plats/OGs/Labs released.  People who don't even know what 'NikeLab' is, but want the all black Vapors.  That tells me it's not just 'sneaker-heads' (I hate that term) that are thirsty for them.
I'm not worried... I haven't gotten any of my Vapors at the mall... all online. Shouldn't be too bad

Anyone have early access on the blue pair that they're not using.

Blue Orbit/Glacier Blue/Gamma Blue/Blue Orbit

specifically.

I think the navy will be the most available from the men's in this pack. My local Nike store that usually gets nothing is stocking them. Again, I think the most limited will be the glacier blue.

4 stores in my area had the Plats at release.  I count 10 stores in may area that will have the Navy.  Could be wrong, could only be a size run or two per store, but I know for a fact one of those 10 has plenty of Navys for Thurs.

let's hope the triple black later this month is as available as the navy seems to be

update: i can only oop navy in size 7 as the other sizes are gone. most sizes still available for the other two mens colors. again, pm if interested in an oop.

whats the point of a reservation if sizes are selling out....:{

I think allocation for reservations are only a percentage of their stock so it does sell out, the way I see it is it helps control the online crowd on release date and hopefully results in less lag/faster checkout?

While others feels good about being picked and it might become an impulse buy to some (if I were on the fence about buying because of the hassle of checking out on release date, if Nike allowed me to buy now then I'd do it on the spot), it might be a placebo effect to some but on a business standpoint, I see what they are trying to do.

This.  100%

I've ordered when I saw I had a reservation a couple times.  Then had buyers remorse and didn't have disposable $ for other releases I really wanted more.

just ooped a pair of the blue orbits but can still oop a pair of glacier blues if someone wants it.

Picked up the be true on stock x for 265. Paying an extra 50-60 bucks doesn't matter much for the piece of mind that I've got what I want and they'll join the rest of the family.
If you don't like it...do what the mat says [emoji]128556[/emoji]

Guess it wasn't meant to be. Been trying to add my size in the blue orbits's for the past hour with no success. Nike must not want this money

Tried checking out around 1pm PT and kept getting an error. Called customer service and they said they've been having problems all day. Tried again at 4pm, says the site is down for maintaince. Tried a few minutes before the time expired and the size I needed was sold out. Sigh..
