Nike Air VaporMax

I don't know, why I like Vapormaxes so much, maybe it's like women and high heels. The first two weeks they were murdering my feet. Week three; they were flying my feet to an overseas black site for torturing and now, when wearing them can only be described as subjecting my feet to enhanced interrogation techniques, I'm telling myself, that they are quite comfortable.

Vapormaxes only comfortable if you put a thick insole in one, then when you can't feel the hard plastic pieces, it's better than Ultra Boost. I use the stock insole + gel insole and they are quite nice. With stock insole Vapormax literally feels like stepping on lego bricks.

Man everyones foot must be crazy different. Since day one my vapormax has been untied, stayed on my feet, and have been wild comfortable. Never experienced any of the discomfort people are talking about. They were the only sneaker i took on vacation to florida last week and couldn't be happier with them. Now i just want a lighter colored pair...want the plats but don't want to pay resale. And with the way nike is pumping these out im assuming i will only have to wait a month or two before there is something to my liking available.

It's not that serious ... haha. It's like saying a McDonald's worker can't eat Burger King or a Coke employee can't drink Pepsi. I do get what you're saying though.

Sorry for my late post as I've gone heavily inactive lately, but take it from someone who's personally worked at Nike before and walked through a similar situation once before: it's best not to publicize where you work at, what you're offering (I would emphasize this heavily), and throwing out the fact that you are looking to buy items from a competitor. Nike has LP (loss prevention) lurking around everywhere, and although you buying a competitor's brand may be frowned upon at the least, I have to cosign the others and say that they can flip the switch on you relatively fast, especially when it comes to loyalty. Unfortunately, revealing where you work with some key details you just mentioned narrows everything down for them regarding their search, especially if they can connect the dots with social media details. I could be wrong about this though, but it's always best to be safe about it, you know?

Not trying to tell you what to do and what not to do; however, I just want to look out for you (hence the ellipses in the quote box). You are free to do what you wish to do. Not to forget that I'll also be on the look-out for the Clots for your size as well.

I feel cheated on for missing that DSG weekend sale for the 20% bought some triple blacks via footlocker that same day for 190 flat.. any other Coupon codes out there that work ?

Sound advice. +1 but that’s a given based on how this all started.

If they are samples, they're either a 9 or a 13. When I used to work at Nike a couple years ago those were the sample sizes. What a steal too. Would pay $42 with the quickness.

Man I missed out on all these updates. I didn't even get any notifications from this thread ever since the new site is up. I was wondering why this thread been so quiet!

Yeah the new site sucks, checking NT used to happen multiple times an hour, now I look every few days.

i dont have any proof that this dude bought those shoes and for the price he/she says

but the verbiage...outlet+samples? nah homie.

Nah outlets do get these samples all the time and they're always priced anywhere from $20-$60

I know its not exactly the same, but the San Leandro Nike Clearance store has samples. I've only really noticed clothing (bought a pair of shorts that had a sample tag in it).
