Translucent soles perform just as well as the solid colors ? I need to grab a couple more pairs.

I tried this model a long time ago and they had a problem in the upper where it rubbed into my foot so bad it broke skin. Had to return. Today I saw em and tried them on, they felt really good, didn’t seem like they’d pinch anywhere. I’ll hoop in them soon to confirm though.

I've been looking for awhile too... Occasionally have cropped up at outlets/discount spots but I think those days may have passed. One of my all time favorite performance models (despite the questionable looks/colorways)

Haha, true! But nope! It's the exact same pair. Recall that those were unique for each pair. So no 2 patterns are alike. Look at the getty images photos and you can see it's the same pair with the same wear patterns and the same little piece of white fuzz near where the strap gets pulled over

Duren is still playing in his same pair! Which is great because that's so much fun when you love a shoe so much you play in them until they damn near fall off your feet.

Just for fun, here's Feb 24, 2024, when it looks like he wore this specific colorway for the first time
All nice and new, no fraying but worn probably in practices and warmups, etc.
Now here's last night, January 22nd, 2025, nearly a year later. You can see the same outsole patters just continuing.
The red paint near the toe is giving way to blue paint. Really hard to pick up tread wear but there does seem to be a smooth part on the front and the bottom seems ever so slightly worn down. Very visible foam flex points.
Pretty neat if you ask me
