Had one of the lace loops tear right through and as I got these as an gift from a friend who got them from StockX, Nike's warranty is not applied to them
And upon further inspection there's atleast five other lace loops showing this kind of fraying. Probably gonna take them to a cobbler and see if they can do anything about them.

You actually could message Nike about them and explain them they were a gift. I got a pair of Tatum 1s from DSG and the arch price snapped on it. Messaged Nike and they told me I could send them to them, inspect it and then they sent me a voucher for the full retail price of the shoes.

Contact Nike and don’t say anything about StockX.

I contacted them about this issue earlier this week, and said nothing about StockX and the answer from two representatives was the same: they need the original receipt and the name of the buyer to proceed with the warranty stuff.

Nike cracking down on that policy. People even abusing it for eons. I’d still try. You may get an associate in a good mood. They took back a defective showtime nba hoodie I bought years ago and gave me a voucher.

Could always just have your friend send the StockX email receipt. Doesn’t hurt to try.
