I think this model is a step in the right direction. I think the 8 is just a air max with kd branding. I will have my 150 come 6 20. Hope it ain't limited. I see a similar pair with blue under it is releasing at the same time.I haven't been crazy about the KD line until now, Nike has done it. Im in for multiple pairs, assuming they don't fit like crap like the 8 did. His shoes have been extremely stiff around the ankles, and just have no flexibility or give like a basketball shoe should.
^I really think the V (non-elite version) is one of the most well-rounded hoop shoes out as well
KD wore these in practice today

So true.
looks 100% more like the toebox of a roshe flyknit with any number of one piece upper basketball shoes (where the tounge is attached). These are aight, got a similar upper to the yeezy 350's
how often do KDs sell out nowadays?
i LOVE the 5. People just didn't like them because you couldn't rock them off the court...couldn't even really do it with an athletic type outfit. The 8s are just as good, but worse casually lol...I mean maybe the 8s with some jogger/track pants but off the court the 5 and 8 don't get much love. Performance wise they are GREAT.This is def true ... 5 was a really good shoe on court. It just sucked for casual appeal.
Which is why a lot of basketball models get slammed cuz the perception is to be worn casually (Jordans 1-14).
Price point didn't help the 8how often do KDs sell out nowadays?
