Yea new 2k account. You might have to try a different team too. I have 3 diffferent players SF, PG, SG on different teams and played each of their playoff games.

Lakers team is the easiest, as mentioned earlier by someone.
I had two MyPlayer modes. Player with the nets my 1st one and lost to the celtics by 2 points. Mind you, this rating is 90!
went into the other MyPlayer, played with the lakers at a 62 rating and won! got the virtual pair.
waited about 30 min before it showed up in my app.
