Bit the bullet and copped South Beaches on Stock X. Went up to a 14 from my normal 13. Didn’t want to chance these in my normal size being too tight and 13.5 was almost $70 higher. Can’t wait to get these in hand

I have a wide foot and wear almost all Nikes in a 13 including those. Lebron 9s I have to go to a 14. Fwiw

Thanks for the info. I never had any 8’s when they first released, but I got a bunch of 9s and 10s. First pair of 9’s I got in my regular size I couldn’t even wear because they were so tight. Figured a full size up on these would be safe. I’m flat footed btw lol

1. You should've asked me about the 9 sizing. I could've told you to get them in a full size up.
2. Go half size up in the 8s. But since you wear a 13 get the 14 bc they basically don't make .5s after 11.
3 & 4. You're still cat.

I’ve played quite a bit in the V1 OGs. First, up half size. No way you can ball TTS in these. Secondly, the grip is good. Not the most amazing ever, but it easily gets the job done. From a cushioning perspective, the max air is just not as nice for me as zoom air, but I will say, although I may actively “feel” less, my lower body and feet feel pretty good after playing and I don’t really think about having them on. All in all, it’s a very decent shoe.
