They meant one time per account, not per device or per iOS or Android. As long as you use the same Nike account im sure you'll be good, however I can't verify this assumption.

i assume you can because the code would be linked to your nike account already.

I don't know the answer to this, but can you download iPhone apps to your Mac desktop? .....if so then yes, if not then no.
