I wouldn’t want to pay $700 but I was not underwhelmed. They are cool; very different

Only shoe I ever paid resale close to that was waverunner 700s in a 13 for $600. Mostly did it because I sold some Js I really only wore once for about retail. 700s in a size 13 was a special case because yeezy supply didn't stock them and they were the hardest common size to get on ADC.

UPS finally delivered! These are very nice in its own way but the OG still reign supreme. Orange laces came undone . Had to pay resell but it is what it is, waiting for the white pair to get in now to complete the set and it’ll be time to take a break unless I get it for retail.

Bottom line is if you got it then spend it(responsibly). Most of us have pairs that we either bought on a whim or won’t ever wear. If you can sell those then you’ll have the money for resell prices. Resell prices suck most times but if you really want something you should get it.

Yup. I don’t go crazy on anything else, pretty moderate on most things unless it’s vacation time haha. But if I like a pair I’ll get it...retail or not and with the price I’m comfortable with and within my monthly budget.

Please don't judge us Team Retail....jk, I don't care.

I just said **** it and put in a bid for $711 free shipping for the white in size 9 and it got accepted on SX. Now the set is complete and I could move on. Don’t care about no shock drop, if I catch it then I’ll catch it, but not gonna waste my time checking. Pretty sure it will dip some more but I’ve wasted enough personal and business time on this....which to me is more valuable.

Wasn’t going to buy resell for the rest of the year but had to. The OW Prestos are my favorite.

I like your style! I too did the same thing, but have been trying to get some retail and can’t believe how much time I’ve lost. Sometimes, it’s just not worth the time or stress of an L.

Most of us have real jobs and other things to do with our lives. I’m not about to be glued to an app waiting for something to drop and end up wasting more time. If I happen to be at the right place at the right time and able to get it for retail then I’ll go for it. But I refuse to let it control me.

NDC order finally arrives, and it’s in this huge box with absolutely no packing. The shoebox doesn’t even fit in the UPS box! They must’ve had to shove the box in to make it fit. Pissed! Thankfully the shoes themselves aren’t damaged, but I like the presentation of the whole packaging being inside out. Pretty bummed. This happen to anyone else?

Call CS, try to get some sort of discount. Usually I hate when people ask for discounts but in this case, it’s necessary.

This happened to me a while ago. I was arguing with a rep, telling them that I collect the sneakers and the boxes...they wouldn't budge and would only give me 20%....you're kinda SOL if you care about the box. Only thing I can think of is if you buy a box off eBay.
