Excellent question. I'm actually slated to attend the HOF ceremony.... and trying to be wishful that give them to attendees or at least provide the opportunity to purchase them.

I never pay above retail, but been wanting the BLs for a decade now so the Protros were definitely THE exception. Copped locally last week before the price spike so lucked out in that regard

Link's not working for some reason, but it's the waxed 54' laces with gold tips. Had to get the waxed version to match the slightly shiny black upper of the shoe.

Oh man, my condolences. Nothing worse than paying resell and it comes out with flaws and stuff. I would try contact CS to see if they can do anything like an extra voucher code or something. My second pair is misaligned in the front. Barely noticeable when wearing but glad my first pair is flawless. My alt pair also has a scratch similar to yours but in the back of the swoosh. I have a feeling that’ll come off. Get a microfiber cloth, some water, and wipe away at it.

It looks like the paint's scratched off. I tried wiping it off with a microfiber cloth and water and it wouldn't go away.
Tried that and it doesn't come off.

Try a Magic Eraser? I can't tell from your pics if it's removable or not, but I've had more than one instance of thinking a shoe had a permanent mark only for Magic Eraser to take it right off LOL
