For you small foot dudes...ladies Alphafly 3's (proto colorway) are popping up in stores....NYC Running Uptown on 3rd in NYC has a FSR up to size 10 (ladies) and the Community Store in Williamsburg also has the same....mens havent popped up yet but visit your local spot and ask them to do a search if your still looking....

would be nice if nike start giving us extra insoles like they did with the lunarepics

i forget which other nike runner came with these (lunargildes?) but the lunarepics did come with a 4mm and 6mm insoles which is nice because they i can just use the other to another shoe
