Besides those 2 I'd recommend a good case

Thats really all you need
I'm good on the case, my Zelda SE came with this

What screen protectors do yall recommend?

Try out the joycons with the controller dock before buying a pro imo it's just as good as the pro.

That dock up there getting copped

Any screen protector is good.........the cheaper, the better (quality for screen protectors is the same, no matter the price).

Glass screen protectors on the other hand, expensive BUT better quality protection (but no seriously, they are expensive)

Nyko Dock is definitely a DAY ONE purchase for me............oh how I was missing playing my Nintendo Switch on the TV back in my hotel room in Austin during Hurricane Harvey, but did not wanna carry that big *** rectangular Nintendo container around.

The Nyko dock cuts that container down to size significantly.....and it'll be $20 cheaper. AND it doubles as a "tabletop stand" as well, so it fully takes advantage of the Nintendo Switch's 3 playing modes.

NBA 2K18 on the Nintendo Switch (handheld mode)

Looking at the comment section of this video, ONCE AGAIN........the Nintendo Switch is gaining supporters from 2K fans over this gameplay demonstration (STG is a 2K Youtuber that was once a big name in the 2K community)

floodarea floodarea , you need to stay away from that 2K18 thread...........85% of that thread is anti-Nintendo out of the ***. Even the Operation Sports forum (the real chunk of the NBA 2K community) is more open-minded than people in there.

I only posted the NBA 2K18 video in there just for the small minority of open-minded 2K fans in there that are willing to give it a shot (like @johnnyredstorm )

Granted I shouldn't be shocked that there is still Nintendo hate among the 2K fanbase........considering the very first NBA 2K game was released on the Sega Dreamcast exclusively, and it didn't come to a Nintendo console until 2K2 with the Gamecube.

Open minded... To low fps, low resolution, worse controls and most likely a stripped park?

Switch 2k would be a strong consideration if I ever took mine out the dock. Since mine is basically just another home console, there's no reason for me not to get it on PS4 like always

http://www.ign.com/articles/2017/09/01/some-nintendo-switch-games-will-require-memory-cards

At least they've finally gotten it out of the way with NBA 2K18 BEFORE the end of 2017..........for all those that keep saying "well I'm rocking a smaller 32 GB micro SD with my Switch and can do it with zero problem," DO NOT SETTLE.

Eventually it'll be first party Nintendo games that will require micro SD cards to accommodate their madness (like Metroid Prime 4 and the upcoming main Pokemon titles), so keep attention to this situation.

Finished Super Mario 3D World. Definitely the best game for the Wii U. Not saying much, but still
Man I really screwed up impulse buying the U and not bothering to check for a Switch. Would've been worth it for Super Mario Odyssey alone :smh: Oh well...
I don't think it's worth it to get Splatoon when Splatoon 2 is out.

I mean it's fun, but the game selection is very limited and the Switch has improved versions of U games like Pokken Tournament DX and MK 8 Deluxe

Wii U is amazing.. y'all are crazy.
I don't think I'd call the hardware amazing by any means but some of the games definitely were

Mario 3D World, Smash Bros Wii U, Mario Maker and even Sonic Lost World was a refreshingly good game

Wii-U didn't have amazing games UNTIL 2 years after it was released............some people in here still have amnesia over the lame launch titles that the Wii-U had in its first 6 months.

If the Wii-U had launched with the games that came out towards the end of its life cycle (SM 3D World, Super Smash Bros, Super Mario Maker), the Wii-U would've had some promise to begin with.
