not really man, what ifs and what nots are foolish to bring up. because you are looking at it through a window of had he not made this then he would not have succeeded. will off course. that's just life man. had mj made the high school team the first time he would not have been the the fierce competitor we saw. see i can play the same **** lol
You just made my point man.

Dude was talking about how Ray Allen saved Lebron from "only " having one championship, and I played the what if thing to prove how silly it was to bring up Ray Allen's shot as saving LBJ's legacy and what not.

Tough to say, but I'd love to see GP/Steph go H2H in a 7 game series.

Maybe in 20 years we can get reenactments w/ holograms or something.

I wanna see Hakeem vs Wilt, too, dammit.
Can you imagine Hornaseck trying to guard Klay one on one?

Or the footspeed of the Jazz trying to keep up with the warriors after Curry has dragged them all the way out with pick and roll?

The Sonics one would be for sure good though. Would easily be the best team to give this warrior team a run for their money. I just feel like people prop up Jordan and discredit Lebron when aside from the Mavericks, the heat / cavs are going up against teams that are substantially superior than the 91 Lakers, or 92 Blazers, or like the 97 and 98 Jazz.
who on the cavs was locking klay down though?

klay is not going to dominate a series, he's just not good enough.

malone would be a bigger matchup problem than lebron this series for the warriors

drey or lee trying to guard karl malone

So the guys from the 1990s keep their same training methods but the guys from now get to keep all the new training methods :lol

If it wasn't for Robert Horry, shaq would only have 2 or 3, Kobe would only have 2 or 3,

If it wasn't for paxson knocking it down in game 6 in 93' the bulls would have been in a g7 on the road that they very well could have lost....

If George Karl puts Gary Payton on Jordan from the jump the sonics could have won in 96'

You can play this game with literally any star that has won
The Bulls won every game in Phoenix that series.

Random thought:

It's kind of funny how older heads or maybe not old, but nostalgic heads are afraid of evolution. This Warrior team is better than any team Jordan ever faced int he finals. Dead srs. Won't admit it though because of nostalgia.
'93 Suns were really good. '96 Sonics were also really good. Those teams actually had shooters. Dan Majerle. Detlef Schrempf. Hersey Hawkins. I'm not saying the Warriors wouldn't be game but to think they'd confidently run those teams or the Jordan Bulls is ignorant.

what prime shaq would do to either of these teams

dude would be 16/30 from the line and have 4 people foul out by halftime

The Bulls probably don't win a game 7 on the road in the finals in 93'. Going off of odds, the road teams in game 7's at the time were at like less than 10% or something. I don't know the exact number, but the odds would be stacked against them to pull off that feat.

Those teams were good for their time indeed, but I think ultimately, this warrior team would be too deep and talented for any of those guys. Matchup problems all over.

sounds good bro

eh not really a lebron hater. just funny how reading this thrad throughout the the whole process people kept hyping up game 7

I believe he was responding to a poster that said 'Lebron wouldn't have won the 2nd ring if it wasn't for Ray hitting that shot' Saying you can make up hypotheticals in all championship situations.

Lebron said something in his presser which is so true. In order to win it all, your team needs to have a great deal of luck and several bounces your way. Not taking away from Warriors but they had some luck playing teams with injuries and not facing either the Spurs or Clippers which posed the biggest threat to them in the west IMO.

I just saw a replay of the Paxson winner in '93. Barkley completely overplayed the steal on Pippen, giving him the open lane which eventually created the shot for Paxson. That defensive breakdown was all on Barkley

Dubs beat everybody the past few seasons.

Potential dynasty. Steph, Klay, HB, and Draymomd will get at least two more.

Quote me in a few years...
imagine if 1st round vs. SAS, 2nd vs. LAC then WCF vs OKC. can they make it that far?

tristian was grabbing 7 offensive rebounds per game in the finals

if rodman got to face this charmin ultra soft warriors front line

Just stop wit the hypotheticals...stick to saying crap and feigning stuff taken out of context it's all your good at. There's no evidence that this Warriors team would push the Bulls any farther than the Suns, Sonics, or Jazz. I mean this depleted CLE squad took them to 6 games.

Ya theres no reason why this team can't be a dynasty. They'll def be in the convo for years coming :hat.

I'd never thought I'd see the day the team from cali winning the chip is the Warriors while the lakers are in shambles

Saying Jordan wouldn't beat this Warriors team is an irrelevant subject

Would some of Jordan's Bulls teams be able to beat the 1972 Lakers, 1986 Celtics, 2001 Lakers or 2014 Spurs?

Who knows? Who cares?

That argument is just meant to throw shade at Jordan

Has Lebrons teams beat a historically great team in the Finals yet?

tbh every one of those teams listed would wash the 2014 spurs.

that team is overrated from their beating of a washed up heartless heat team
