Considering the fact that OP only has two posts, just joined, and never returned to the thread.. plus  the pictures of her other posts on Facebook, it's clear she just Googled Nike and found any possible way to copy/paste that same rant.

It has less to do with Nike and more to do with the manager. The best thing you can do is get him fired, by getting his names, and sending an e-mail to Nike from their own official website. They will respond but it may just be some generic "we'll look into it whent hey wont"
