I mean yeah but there not as intense. Once you go for a while without it seems to become very stale. I think the best thing about it is the mental benefits. You have a idgaf attitude towards pretty much everything. You feel happy, confident, and unstoppable. I've also been doing work in the gym. Trying to go 60-90 days now. Day 2 today.dont u have urges.
