Heres something to think about when you wanna stop fapping for awhile.  It worked for me.

I made a pledge to leave women alone for awhile on my bday, after I got stranded on the other side of town from this girl who was gonna "blow my candle" for a bday present.  I goofed up, locked myself out the car, but if she REALLY wanted it she coulda scooped me.  Or at least understood.  When I told her she hung up on me.

So it was then that I realized, no matter how much I love yambs, how many of these girls we lusting after really care about us?

And the pledge started.  And it was pretty easy for me after a couple days, I didn't really have the gumption to even look at a female that hard anymore.

What made it easy was this:  All these girls we fap to, they dont care about you or anything youre going thru.  Most of them are on the internet, but even if they met you in real life, they wouldnt give a rats *** about you at all, unless if you were trying to pay.  And when you really sit down and think about it, that can turn you off from that arousal real quick.  Most of these women who are showing off their assets (and ruining our keyboards) are only doing it because WE LET THEM and they think WE CANT CONTROL OURSELVES.  All them IG thots only exist because of thirsty dudes and simps who cant do nothing but drool over a girls booty knowing they cant do nothing else for them.
