Still in this since late January. Honestly I'm starting to realize that there aren't any real benefits to long term non fapping. I feel more sluggish and slower, I think about yambs or fapping constantly now and my standards have lowered dramatically. I would tap out almost any female right now if given the chance but strangely my sex drive just isn't there. Don't even feel like trying
The trick is not fap constantly but keep it to once evry 10 days or so and you'll be good.
