Nah i'm serious man. Happened to me once. Had to give my muffler a good kick for the car to start up again

id do that first, probably blew the fuse. just buy a new fuse and throw it in there and see if it works. theyre cheap too

Yeah check the fuse box. My car had the same symptoms and it turned out to be a burned out fuse.
 
As a few have said here, check the fuses and/or wires connected to the battery, they could be loose! This happened to my old car, the wires were loose, I justtightened them and the car started with no problem!
 
- spark plugs and distributor cap
- fuel pump

Go with those 2 things next. My money says replacing your spark plugs and distributor cap will set you straight.
 
I have the exact same problem i have an 06 altima. The only thing different is that when i tried to start it, it has the continuous clicking.
-The radio, lights, and heat/AC work still tho, car wont start
- got a brand new battery and it hasn't died yet but it still takes extra long to start like it did with the old battery
Sooo same boat don't know what's wrong though??
