If anyone can figure this out, it's definitely professional detectives like yourselves on NT. So a friend of mine named Ryan has been bragging about his new girlfriend (Kayla Wilcox). Problem is, none of my friends truely believes she exists in real life (nor to this day have ever met). We're pretty sure he created 2 fake facebook accounts with stolen pictures for the girlfriend (Kayla), and her "sister" (Justine Wilcox). Coincidentally, these facebook accounts have been deactivated and reactivated whenever Ryan breaks up and gets back together with Kayla. And on top of that, his breakups and re-hookups with her on facebook coincide with whenever my friends give Ryan crap about what's going on with Kayla. Recently, we discovered that Justine Wilcox's picture is actually of a professional actress named Celeste Thorson (pics/link below). We also found a Myspace account that uses the same picture as Kayla, but doesn't list a name (pic/link below). When we confronted Ryan about the revelations we found, he got mad and couldn't believe he had to prove to us that she was real. He also had no legitimate explanations for any of the findings we brought up. He claims people have stolen the sister's pictures and made fake websites/profiles with them. Apparently someone took that to the next level and created a fake human being named Celeste Thorson, with all of the appropriate fake websites including a facebook and IMDB webpage. After our confrontation, Ryan claims that she broke up with him due to our questioning of her existence.
So at this point we don't know whether to believe if the guy just doesn't know when to let a lie go, or he legitimately is crazy and believes that these fictional characters he's created are real people. On the other hand, there still is a sliver of hope that Kayla Wilcox is actually a real person. I mean who knows...maybe Justine has a long lost twin who is an actress named Celeste Thorson, and Kayla really is the person behind that myspace account. We tried contacting her through myspace, but with no success. Basically we're hoping that someone here either knows (or discovers) the person behind that myspace account, and can confirm with her whether she has/had a boyfriend named Ryan, and a sister named Justine. With these facts, we're pretty much a well written letter and a decent home video away from getting on Intervention. Thanks everyone.
