Haven't seen anything on the Film awards list aside from Drive and the Devil's Double. I refuse to rank Drive.

1. Devil's Double

THE ARTIST WAS THE BEST MOVIE. DON'T EVEN JOIN THE DISCUSSION BECAUSE THAT MOVIE WAS EASILY THE BEST.

Martha Marcy May Marlene
A Separation
Shame
Drive
Moneyball

Saw but not worth comparing to movies above: Tree of Life, Melancholia, The Ides of March, The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo

I knew this thread would fail as soon as someone put "DRIVE" as #1 or on the list at all... Movie was straight trash and im the kind that enjoys ALL films.

Drive was highly praised by critics and got an 8 out of 10 on imdb.. Its not that outrageous if people liked it the best.

MY ORDER

Take Shelter
Tree of Life
We Need to Talk About Kevin
MMMM
Melancholia
T,S,S,S
Midnight in Paris
The Descendants
The Artist
TGWTDT

I also saw Drive, which I thought was awful, and I was entertained by The Devil's Double, but I didn't think it was actually a good movie. I think you should add A Separation to the list, because that would have probably made my top 3.

Prestige:
1. Drive

2. The Descendants

3. The Artist

4. The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo

5. 50/50

6. Moneyball

7. Martha Marcy May Marlene

8. Tree of Life

9. The Ides of March

10. The Help

11. Young Adult

12. Hugo

13. Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy

14. Midnight In Paris

Haven't seen the rest.  I would have also liked to see Win/Win and Shame in the discussion.

Popcorn:

1. Bridesmaids

2. Crazy Stupid Love

3. Beginners

Haven't seen the rest.

I saw it in theaters and wasn't sure if I hated it or liked it, but after letting it settle and watching it a few more times...my favorite of the year.

Is that a little Oscars mocking? I feel like one of the 68-year-old white men from the Academy would have typed that, enlarged font and all.
