2- I'd make the orange stripe go "behind" NBA, the same way the grey stripe goes behind the ball.

Edit :

Have the swoosh thing in #2 go behind the font or blend into it, it really blocks the text

Other than that it looks good.
Same thing I thought (I only saw the first page before replying)
