NT MLB Redraft Thread: May standings posted!

Sorry for the delay.....gotta trainee with me today, gotta keep the appearance of a productive employee :lol

I want to round out my IF
C - Brian McCann
Female, and more importantly is she attractive?

johnnyredstorm johnnyredstorm is on the clock until 3:26PM ET.

I passed over McCann but I was thinking when I made my pick that if he slid to the 11th round, he'd be my DH :lol
Can we expect more than what we've seen in his debut campaign for the Yanks?

Arismendy Alcantara 2B
Mayweather speed.

He doesn't walk anymore. It's not even about the shift at this point. He's been shifted for like four years now. You could tell the shoulder is still bothering him and his eye has become atrocious.

$85M for moderate pop and leadership. Thought his swing was perfect for Yankee Stadium.

I wish! It's just some old dude.
A white sox fan at that :{ gotta show him how to manage his group and write up his reports.

Next to 2B, C has to be the shallowest pool. Besides I needed some kinda "pop" in my line up.

Loved the Midwest feel to Michigan. Chicago is definitely next stop before end of 2014.

My sheet is so filled with info, I'm even keeping track of picks that have been taken before me. Soler, for instance, was one of them. He was my next pick.

Baez, while it did not amuse me, was actually not going to be my pick any time soon. I was hoping he'd be around later, but wasn't about to take him.

Lester, and Soler tho, stolen right out from under me, just as I was about to take them. :|

I would say "moderate pop" is being extremely generous.  I wish I could find the video or remember exactly, but they did a segment on Mccan on MLB Tonight a few days ago.  He has 2 homeruns on the road and 13 homeruns at Yankee stadium.  Harold was showing a graphic that said something like 4 of his 13 Yankee stadium homeruns would have been homeruns in any other park.

So aside from his Yankee stadium assisted homeruns, dude has like 6 real homeruns this year.  That isn't moderate pop.  That's No Power Mauer status.

But when I tried to say this about bum *** Domonic Brown you all laughed at me!

:lol

He's always been such an extreme pull hitter. Has 189 HR's and 151 are pull HR's

Every single one is out to right field; all but two are at Yankee Stadium. Per Hit Tracker, just one, off Craig Breslow in June, was a “no-doubter.” Only two had a “true distance” of more than 400 feet, and three of them wouldn’t have made it out of at least 27 other parks. If Yankee Stadium wasn’t his home, he might have about as many home runs as Billy Hamilton.

You always hear about a lot of guys selling out for power but it's rare that they ever accomplish the goal.

You know who guys like him, Moustakas, Rasmus and so on should watch. Chris ******* Carter. There's a guy who does it right. ****** *** contact rate but when he does it's like 55% fly ball rate.

I have his PM from his last pick and one of his guys is left but I'm not just gonna give him the guy :lol if he gets AP'ed, I will though.

Slide Beltre over to DH & Cano over to 3B and I'll take Carlos Correa.

I'd have to put him at DH for now. He'd only be eligible for short right now unfortunately. But, you just need a first baseman and another OF'er and you can put em where you want :lol
