They recently opened a couple stores out here. They are a fine example of the term "you get what you pay for". Prices and quality are both low.

Forever 21's quality is actually worse than H&M's to be honest. You can actually find quality items in H&M which are constructed sturdily like their jackets, sweaters and flannels.

I mess with H&M. Despite what others are saying the quality isn't all THAT bad. Their slim khakis/work pants and dress shirts work for me(thicker dress shirts). I'm comfortable in em, price point is solid, and it's convenient for me.
