NT screwed up my sleeping pattern Vol. Team Late Night

All the late night NT, all nighters drinking and partying, and graf has finally gotten to me. I feel like a vampire. I can't fall asleep until at least 3or 4 in the morning. Any tips on getting back on track?
 
You're gonna have to pay your sleep debt during the weekend or something.
 
dont go to sleep till the next night .. if you do go to sleep at 3am make sure you wake up like at 6 or 7am if by 5 or 6pm you aint feeling tire go to the gymand/or a nice 30-40minute job .. then hit the bed about 9-10 and you should be straight from there on ..
