Seems like the majority of bettors are on JAX as their at home and feel Houston as otherwise given up, but I haven't seen official public numbers. Siding with Jacksonville was my initial thought, but was still hesitant to go with them (something seems too back and forth with this game). My reasons are simple...Kubiak might be done, but he probably thinks he still has a chance and is coaching for his job. Keenum is still battling to make a name for himself to potentially start in Houston or elsewhere next year and he's better than average. Ben Tate will be a free agent this offseason, so he'll continue to run hard to intrigue potential suitors.
On the other side, Gus Bradley's units always fight and collectively, the Jaguars are no different. They came back time and time again last week on the road in Cleveland and they're on somewhat a roll lately. There's no tanking going on here.
Right now, I'm seriously considering the over. It's such a low number and that scares me, but I'm wondering if Vegas may be making a mistake with this one. I doubt there will be inclement weather (although haven't checked) and it just seems that both teams will be pushing hard tonight. Over/Under is at 43 right now.
Any thoughts?
