Plays for baseball today? Also, Im with Sportsbook and I went to make a bet today and an option popped up that let me choose between selected, opposition, and listed. Im totally new to baseball bets and was looking for some insight on this. I know its probably a noob question but any info is appreciated.

any thoughts on the NBA game?

hope some of yall have been making money off the Stanley Cup Finals (and the rounds before that). I strayed from my strategy (always bet on the home team) and gave a bit of my winnings back, but now I am back on track.

All 3 games, the home team has won. Free money.

This is a new feature this year on most sportsbooks. It has to do with the starting pitchers for the game.

when  you choose listed, if there is a pitching change for either team before the game for then the bet doesn't count/is no action.

when you choose selected, if the team you bet on doesn't change pitchers your bet is still good, even if the other team does change their starter. If the team you selected changes starters the bet is no action.

when you choose opposition, if the team you bet against changes their starter, it is no action. If the team you bet on changes their starter the bet is still good.

definitely somewhat confusing, but it protects you from betting a game and then getting screwed because a team decided to pull up someone from the minors and rest their ace.
