Find a worthwhile goal. This will stop you from loosing your balance, or getting bent out of shape over little things.
For instance, the things that probably get you out of shape and get you thinking negatively, are probably insignificant towards real life problems, and insignificant towards yourngoal, if it's worthwhile. one of my favorite people who ever lived, Earl Nightengale once said that we as humans, 92% of the time stress over things at haven't happened yet, or they have happened and we can't do anything about it.
