NT What Are Some Good Leadership Development Programs/Rotational Programs for New/Expected Grads

I have graduation coming this up coming school year and I really would like to hop into a corporate leadership development or rotational program but need some guidance on some quality corporations that offer a program. Share your experiences or resources

edit: I am in Information Technology but i am sure others would enjoy resources for other majors

Information Technology. Currently I am a IT manager for a small business (30+ employees).

Target is renowned for their Management trainee programs. Most large companies are doing rotational LDP's these days. Just make sure you take advantage of your schools career fairs.
