i don't think wearing flip-flops is gay, but a lot of people would probably think that they look 'gay' wearing them.

you have to be a certain kind of person/have a certain kind of style to pull off the flip flop look without looking dumb. i'm not that kind of person,therefore i can't +%%% with flip flops.
