not really.. there is still a market in ebay (especially in ebay US) that dont care if they buy fakes or not from a certain seller.. you still have to be careful in what your buying..

^^ Agree. POWERSELLER status does not mean it's authentic. It could be because he has very reasonable prices and has excellent customer service.

Most powersellers sell authentic stuff. That's as far as my 3+ years of buying at ebay is concerned though.
