^ hell yeah to getting more familiar with shotguns.

*gets on soapbox* the shotgun is still the most devastating single trigger pull a regular person has access to. With the right gun, proper form and appropriate ammunition, there’s nothing within 100 yards a good 12 gauge shotgun can’t do. Large animal defense? 12 g with brennekes. Hunting geese? 12 g bird load. Deer hunting? 12 g hollow point slug. Bad guys? 8-9 pellet 00 buckshot, preferably federal flight control.

With a longer wood furniture, it’s your grandpappy’s deer gun. With an extended tube, light, and optic, it’s the 50 yard gunfight king. With a longer barrel, it’s appropriate for small game hunting. It can be almost anything you need it to be. The fact that you can buy a good, solid pump shotgun for $300 anytime online is just the icing on the cake.

Up until a few years ago, I was a 60% pistol, 30% shotgun 10% rifle guy. Once I get all my rifles setup I’d like to get back into it. Video is from probably 3-4 years ago when I was shooting a a couple hundred rounds of hand loaded buckshot and slugs monthly. Apologies for my mouth being wide open, got that from my pops

Also, got my PSA/Soviet Arms Krink. Took it out on Sunday and put a quick 120 rounds through it, mainly just to test function and mags. So far, the Bulgarian and PSA mags seem to work just fine. Easier to rock in than the Jack. Not much mag wobble, but more than my Jack. Gas tube is super loose, but that’s not hurting anything. Only shot at 25 yards but accuracy is decent enough that I don’t think it’ll be a problem at 50.

my 200 dollar 870 is my favorite gun. thousands of rounds through it.

I shoot clays better with that than an expensive target gun.

MY 870 ET IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES AS WELL.

Got my first conjugal visit with my Ventum 7.62 and my GAWD the flowthrough hype is real . I ran around 280 rounds split between my MK18 SBR and piston driven LWRC A5 and im straight up wow’ed. ZERO gas in my face, at one point I opened my eyes as wide as I could and let off 5 rounds pretty quick and barely got a whiff that didnt even squint. The sparks started off pretty wicked but by the time i shot my last mag they were off and on. One of the employees at the range is a lefty and he ran a mag and he said he got absolutely none on the MK18. I bought it specifically for my SCAR H but my smith is still working on my muzzle device. My boy brought out his Noveske ghetto blaster and space invader, just stupid nice

Built AR pistol (7.5) with strike industries brace. I like strike industries stuff so I put a good amount of their furniture on it. The brace is spring loaded and automatically goes into the extended position with the push of a bottom.
Pistol is a matrix arms mx19 (glock clone).

My first 1911. Tisas nightstalker. I love this gun and now in love with the 1911 platform. I changed out the grips and trigger.

Currently being built is my platypus. I should get it in a couple of months. I can’t wait!!

Just got back from the range and finally got the SCAR suppressed and it was worth every penny getting the Ventum flow through and the KNS Discarder . Just an absolute dream combo. Took some dialing in with the settings but you can for sure feel the bolt slowed way down, no gas in my face and 0 POI shift.
