Perfect time for them to try and rebuild their roster with nobody on the books, despite how unpopular it would be for the Miami "fan base" to go through some rebuilding years after being a consistent title favorite.
They couldnt win the title with Lebron and they were on the decline. They sure as hell arent going to win with just Bosh and an aging Wade.
Instead of taking advantage of their clean slate and trying to build something for the future, the Heat are making the clear impulse move after losing Lebron, not wanting to lose their other guys, and are pretty much guaranteeing mediocrity for the upcoming future...
