These are fake in my opinion, buying new off whites 1's from eBay is never a good idea.
The most clear evidence to show that they are fake is on the zip tie. There should be spacing between the 'T' and 'M' in "TM". There also should be spacing between the 'E' and the four dotted quotation marks. Also the color of the zip tie does not look right in that picture.
The spacing of the stitching holes on the ankle flaps seems to be too wide between, they should be closer. The swoosh looks to wide on the orange stitching of the right shoe. Having a swoosh separating is also not a good sign, but it can happen in retail pairs. There seems to be too few stitching holes on the suede of the right shoe. Its hard to tell and say for sure, but the size sticker on the shoe seems to be wrong.
