The Knicks signing DWill is lookin even better than I'd hoped for.

He may give us a real scoring punch off the bench.

@HerringWSJ: Melo says he's asked Knicks staff to call him out on film & in meetings when he slacks defensively to hold him accountable in front of team.

@HerringWSJ: Melo said there was a point in 3Q where he and Afflalo and talked on bench about how much they're looking forward to sharing court w Grant.

Can't let the fact that it's pre-season get my hopes up, but we're looking really good out there. Cohesive, fluid..an actual team. Chemistry looks good too, I'm hoping Grant can start as PG because dude has every possible tool needed to succeed, Calderon can come off the bench. People say D Will is typically an abysmal player and again, I know it's pre-season, but if he can continue to produce for us like this...man....whew.

Finally being able to see Phil's off season moves play out on the court is a thing of beauty, it's not perfect obviously but we've got a nice foundation that may even surprise a few people. Very hyped for the season ahead.

i might be in the minority but i think Grant fits better with the younger, faster, 2nd unit.

Grant is the better player but Caldo would slow down the bench that's shown they like to run the break every chance they get.

Grant looks good.

Not bothering with Williams, son is showing out in preseason. I need to see first hand some of his average games and some of his bummy games in the reg season against real competition. Don't drink the kool-aid so quickly. Lets see if he's really one of those energy dudes that's like that ALL the time.

Missed the game last night bout to watch knicks in 60
I wanna see these playssss

Melo looks spry as hell.

The rest and rehab did him well.

Even the young boys can't stay with him. Hope they manage his minutes well and keep him fresh all season. He's been forced to play way too many minutes in the last couple seasons.

Anyone got vid of that in & out he hit that Philly kid with and blow by for his signature goofy dunk?

Regardless if we like him with the second unit or not Grant will be starting sooner rather than later. Calderon is a snail and his defense is putrid

I think yall are writing Calderon off too early but I hear yall. :lol

He didnt even play bad against Wall and he's still a good floor general who doesnt commit turnovers with a deadly jumpshot
