OFFICIAL 2009 DODGERS SEASON THREAD : Season Over. Congratulations Phillies.

Too bad Chan Ho Park isn't in the starting rotation for the phillies.

Kershaw vs Hamels, should be a good one.

I don't know if this has been posted, and if it has I'm sorry. Who's going to do this? Seems awesome.

FIRST TIME i've got home from a dodger game at 1030. The crowd was pathetic, WBC status

great game from both sides, glad we came out on top. Let's get these phils

that BP thing is awesome.
I only had warning track power in high school though (15 damn years ago

), so it might be a waste of time.

$500 is a lil steep. One of my friends did it last year and showed me pics. You get 2 take BP and I think even russell martin gets on the mound too. Your namealso goes on the scoreboard. But it just looked weird cuz it was at night and there was nobody in the stadium. Just seemed like a bunch of guys broke in andstarting playing ball

2. Devaris Gordon, ss, Dodgers (4th round, 127th overall)

Had Gordon played Division 1 baseball last year, odds are he would have gone higher than the fourth round. Instead, Gordon was academically ineligible to play at Seminole (Fla.) Community College last year, and some area scouts in Florida never even had the chance to see him play. Now the speedy shortstop is showing the ability to hit in games, but he's only scratching the surface of his potential. Through 50 games for low Class A Great Lakes in the Midwest League, the wiry Gordon is hitting .293/.360/.390 with 16 walks and 39 strikeouts, while flashing his plus-plus speed with 29 steals in 35 attempts and six triples. He'll also need to cut down on the miscues after committing 16 errors already.

yeah its Loney.

Anyways, $500 is madddddd steep.

I'd rather go to Field of Dreams in Chino Hills (they have replicas of Wrigley, Yankee, and Fenway stadiums)

No pitch for Glavine

Although the Dodgers would like to add a starter who can eat innings and take some pressure off their overworked bullpen, their in-house options remain limited. Jason Schmidt's comeback was shut down again last week when he experienced shoulder pain, and Claudio Vargas, another former major leaguer who has been sidelined with elbow problems, has just started his rehab, throwing a scoreless inning for Class-A Inland Empire on Tuesday.

Despite all that, the team is not likely to pursue 300-game winner Tom Glavine, who was released by the Atlanta Braves on Wednesday. So until Eric Stults returns from a sprained thumb on his pitching hand, the Dodgers are likely to stay with Eric Milton although a move at the July trade deadline remains a possibility.

Wish I could go, it'll be a good one. Tonights parking will be even better than last nights, if that's even possible

I'm glad I was able to go to Last night's game, it felt nice squeezing in a Dodger Game right before the NBA Finals.

If last night's crowd was small, I can only imagine how tonight's crowd will be.
