I saw that.

Personally, I would jump on that though.

Even if you don't make it, you can sell those Top Deck seats for the WS for $200, and they will sell.

We got to make it their first.

3 games back?

Kershaw has to pitch well, and he is well rested (8 IP in his last two starts,
smh.gif
).

He is terrible at Coors field (1-1, 10.12 ERA). It's time for him to step up at Coors.

The goal is to win with Kershaw and Wolf on the mound which will make Padilla's first start less stressful.

The Rockies going 14 innings can only help us.

@#+% the Giants,

I was just gonna bring that up, kersh's last two starts have only lasted a couple innings

To factor in the elements at coors, kershaws record at coors and the hot rockies - could see a football score by the end of the day.

If this road trip doesn't end well, the facepalming in here should be endless .... because the race is over

Let me add that the 3 stooges: furcal, loney & martin need to step their game up.

They've shown ZERO consistency this year and if we expect to go anywhere they need to get it going.

*add manny to the stooge list too.

being up 6 games after this series would be HUGE. but id be happy with taking 2 of 3.
let's hope padilla does well **crosses fingers**

So despite the Rockies being on a 51-22 streak, and the Dodgers playing poorly, we are still up in the division, and still are a virtual lock to make theplayoffs.

AND, if we dominate the Rockies like we have all season (and we have the clear advantage in pitching matchups) then we will be in GREAT shape.

My face is in my palms

True, but Hammel is terrible at Coors too. 2-3 this year with a 7.02 ERA and 1.92 WHIP in 50 IP.

Negative, can't play the wild card team in NLDS, if they are in the same division.

Dodgers would face the Red Birds or Phils.

Since July 31 I was working 10-12 hours a day getting this apartment complex I work at ready for move-in. Classes started yesterday though so that BS is over.

Anybody got a link to the game? ++@$ is blacked out on mlb.tv for some reason for me
