Official: *2009 Fantasy Football Thread (Week 3)

so Welker is back to questionable and i just switched him for D-Mac in my slot position now i heard cadillac is injured and Ward is starting so now im in acomplete deliema who to start at my slot i already have Manningham and Calvin Johnson as a lock in my WR's and Forte and Jacobs for my RB for my slot i canchoose from Welker, Derrick Ward, Holt, and Darren McFadden can anyone help please

im really leaning towards walker, have a feeling the jags are playing from behind most of the game.

Slaton vs Jacksonville or Felix Jones vs Carolina

I got Felix right now cuz Slatons been garb-sauce. But with my luck he will probably beast once i bench him.
 
Felix without a doubt, Marion the Barbarian should be limited if he plays due to that hammy so Felix should get plenty of touches.

I dropped D. Mason's unproductive #@! and Vernon Davis for Mike Sims Walker & Jacoby Jones. Let's see how this works out.

Sanchez owners are you gonna play him this week?

Percy seems very questionable on Sunday.

I'm considering dropping Rob Bironas and picking up either Jason Hanson or Neil Rackers. Should I do this move, and if so, which one should I pick up?

we'll start off with my wideouts..
I'm def. playing Andre Johnson and Vincent Jackson, but will need one more slot to fill:

DeSean Jackson (vs. KC),
Mario Manningham (vs. TB) or,
Jerricho Cotchery (vs. Tenn)

I'm not quite on the Manningham ban-wagon (YET), so right now my 2 main options are J-Co and D-Jax.
so far, DeSean has been giving me more points (27 - as opposed to J-Co's 18), but they were from 1 punt return TD, and a long TD reception...
DeSean has more of a homerun threat but Jerricho is steadily being more consistent, getting more receptions. Sanchez is lookin at him almost every passingplay,
and the Jets are facing the worst pass D this week in the Titans...


QBs...

Flacco (vs. Cle)
Palmer (vs. Pitt)

Flacco seems like the obvious pick but Palmer posted some big numbers last week, and the intensity should rise in a divisional match up.
Steelers hasn't been THAT great on D, that last 2 weeks either...
 
is larry johnson done? someone dropped him in my league and im considering dropping reggie bush/mike bell for him

I wouldn't say he's done, but you know how LJ is. He has 5 terrible games, then he has 7 good, and then 5 god-knows-what games.

I'd pick him up though.

Flex Spot:

Brian Westbrook vs KC

Steve Smith vs TB

I'm leaning towards Smith. Even if Westbrook plays he's probably splitting carries with McCoy. I'm a little hesitant though because KC is weak andWestbrook could have a big game.

i'm already staring andre johnson in the WR slot. i need another WR and a FLEX.
i'm not feeling too good about eddie royal and his lack of production during the first two weeks. but he is playing oakland.
 
So I guess welker is a no-go tomorrow?

Should I start Edelman or Breaston if Wes doesn't play?

Or what about LeSean McCoy?
