if you people think the NBA has rigged the games, why do you watch? just to complain?.....

At the end of the day, VC missed those 2 FT's... But they still had a chance to tie the game up. A bad decision by Redick, then a bad look from Jameer. Mix that in with another bad game from Rashrd & you have a losing formula. It doesn't fall on one player...

Series isn't over yet... They can still make a run.

Orlando gonna need a lot of magic if they want to come back the next four games

nelson had redick open on the wing he should of passed the ball....vince was trying to go too much in the end too...they all got kind of selfish

yea looks like Lakers vs. Celtics again...

great id love revenge... both teams looks strong and this time L.A would have homecourt... very interesting...

I was just gonna say I dont think Pierce would count his chickens like that..

To those crying poor mouth, if there was really a conspiracy here, tonight would have been game 2 in Cleveland as the LeBronliers went up 2-0. The refs were bad, but they were overall bad. If the Magic wanna win the series, they better call up Hedo.

I dont know how anyone with any sort of basketball knowledge thought the Magic were gonna roll in this series. I'm not saying its finished cause I still wouldnt be shocked if it went 7, but these two teams went 7 last year WITHOUT KG. Perkins took Howard out of the series offensively for the most part, like he has the first two games. He was better tonight, but 12/30 pts were from the line.

Shard and JJ need to step up the long range shooting to open up anything on the block if they want to go back to Orlando for somethign other than exit meetings.

People contended that the impact of Jameer Nelson not being around was similar to KG being out. We are seeing now just how ridiculous that notion is.

i love the whole payback aspect of this years playoffs/

san antonio got payback on dallas for beating them in the playoffs in 2006 and 2009

phoenix then proceeded to get payback on san antonio for making them their girlfriend almost the entire past decade

the lakers now have a chance to avenge the smush/kwame era 2006/07 losses to phoenix

in the east boston has a chance to get payback on orlando for last year. i think the boston orlando matchup is good for boston anyways, lets not forget boston had the lead late in the 4th quarter of game 6 in orlando and coulda won that series last year in 6.

hopefully this all leads to a rematch of the 2008 finals with a chance to get payback.

I wouldn't exactly call KG the difference maker this series, he's done well against Shard (although he's beating himself), but he's shooting poorly.  You can argue the emotional and leadership impact he has, but he isn't the main reason the Celtics are up.. Rondo, Pierce, and overall Celtic intensity/defense which is due in part to KG but also poor Magic shooting and role players not stepping up.

I wouldn't call that ridiculous at all, do you think the Magic would have won the last two games with Rafer Alston instead?  There's no doubt the Celtics are the better team and they'd still be the better team even without Jameer here.  Last year's Orlando team probably would have beat the Celtics even with KG, they were on fire.  This year obviously isn't the case.

I see what you mean, Big J, but Rashard killed us last year. Glen Davis just couldn't stay with him off of the dribble. Garnett's defensive and spacing impact on offense are extremely huge. KG injury also left us with Scalabrine and Mikki Moore playing huge minutes and I'd consider Anthony Johnson to be a better fill-in than Scal or Mikki.

Yeah, and even with KG on the bench or in foul trouble, Shard now can't beat Big Baby, or doesn't have the confidence to... his absence is one of the main reasons they're down 0-2.

I can't imagine Orlando being swept, but I also expected them to at least win one at home. The Celtics are clearly the better team right now, and the Magic showed tonight they could beat them if only a few shots dropped or a couple guys stepped up. There's no doubt about it though, they need to win both games, even winning game 3 and losing game 4 would still result in a series loss.
