They most likely gave him the green light because Cain was up next to hit. Cain at most had one more inning left in him so they were going to pinch hit when Cain was up next.

You can't really tell from this picture, but the chick on the right (Jessica) is gorgeous. I spazzed out and literally forgot to breathe when I was around her.
P.S. About Ishikawa swinging away on 3-0 ... That's a good point that Cain was on-deck, I did not think of that. But my argument is still the same - even if you get a green light, look for YOUR pitch. Don't pull a Rowand and swing just to be swinging.
