He only played nine seasons with the Giants though. The World Series wasn't with the Giants, and the MVP wasn't with the Giants.

And he only made six All Star teams with the Giants, not 10.
I'm not denying that he's a Hall of Famer, but I just question if he did enough with the Giants to warrant a statue.

Yeah on Wikipedia, they had an all star game in Pittsburgh and in Los Angeles in 1959. I don't know about that either back in the day. I was confused when I counted the all star appearances for Cepeda.

So with a ROY, 10 All-Star appearances (but only in 6 different seasons), 226 home runs, 767 RBI, and .308 average in a Giants uniform, he deserves to have a statue in front of AT&T Park?
In my opinion, that doesn't seen statue worthy. If he had a profound influence off the field or had a bigger historical impact on the Giants than his statistics and accolades show, I'm open to changing my opinion.
